The resin composition comprises an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and one or more lithium salts selected from a lithium perfluoroalkylsulfonate, a lithium bisperfluoroalkylsulfonimide and lithium perchlorate, wherein the lithium bisperfluoroalkylsulfonimide is preferably lithium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide or lithium bispentafluoroethanesulfonimide, and the ionizing radiation curable resin composition preferably comprises one or more monomeric materials selected from a polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate, a polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate and a monoalkoxypolyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate.
