A hairline-like pattern 15 composed of fine recessed parts 14 is formed on the back surface of a front face layer 11 made up of a transparent or translucent resin. On the other hand, a back face layer 21 is composed of a translucent resin or an opaque resin hued with an appropriate color, and is formed on such a way as to fill up the fine recessed parts 14 in the back surface of the front face layer 11. As th fine recessed parts 14 in the front face layer 11 are hollow from the back surface 13 to the front surface 12 of the front face layer 11, the hairline-like pattern 15 as viewed through from the front surface 12 looks three-dimensional. In addition, as the fine recessed parts 14 are filled with the back face layer 21, the hairline-like pattern 15 composed of the recessed parts 14 can be viewed through definitely and more three- dimensionally from the front surface 12 side of the front face layer 11.
