To provide a resin integral pipe and its manufacturing method, which can be saved in space and reduced in weight by simplifying a complicated piping, being not hardly affected by corrosion and degeneration of a material, etc., with the fluid circulating in passages.
In the resin integral pipe 1, at least one of resin-made plates 2a and 2b has a groove 4 forming passages 5. The plates 2a and 2b are piled up and bonded to form the passages 5 between both plates 2a and 2b. An external communication hole 6 to communicate from the plates 2 into the passages 5 is installed to enable the installation of a sensor 8c which is outside mounting equipment. Thereby, the part to be the passages 5 is made of resin, so that it is hardly affected by corrosion and degeneration of the material, etc., with the fluid circulating in the passages 5. The resin integral pipe can be reduced in weight. The light-weighted and complicated piping can be simplified, and the plates 2 are resin-molded in different manners.
