Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolution control method of a high-speed induction melting furnace, capable of suppressing deterioration of a quality of an alloy when a heated member is melted for a short time at high speed.SOLUTION: A resolution control method of a high-speed induction melting furnace, calculates an apply electric power P applied to a heating coil 61 and a frequency f by using a fourth condition defined as a relational expression of (4) molten metal agitation force F including at least the apply electric power P and the frequency f so as to satisfy a first condition that the molten metal agitation force F of (1) heated material is not lead into a molten metal of a coated film of a molten metal surface, a second condition that (2) the frequency f is set so as to suppress dispersion of the molten metal surface of the heated material, and a third condition that (3) the frequency f is set so as to suppress a self heating of a furnace wall.SELECTED DRAWING: None
