Input support means 1 help an input of order data including orderer data, dimension data and field condition data. Saving means 2 hold the input order data. As the input support means 1 are operated, topography setting means 3 display a selection list showing topography where a ridge cover is to be laid. Size setting means 4 show places to be measured as the dimension data in the order on a topography setting screen selected from the selection list. File output means 14 use the order data to generate order sheet data for the order of the ridge cover from a supplier.
