Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize the output voltage of a ringing converter by providing a circuit for detecting a primary current proportional to the load current of secondary side at the primary side and feeding back the detection signal to an oscillator circuit. CONSTITUTION:Differential amplifier formed of transistors Q2, Q3 is provided. By amining at the fact that the current flowing through the primary coil P1 in a ringing converter thus constructed is approximately proportional to the I out flowing through the secondary coil S, the variation in the output Vout due to the variation in the load and the coil resistance of the secondary coil S are corrected by the primary side circuit. Even if the power voltage is varied or the load is varied, stable output voltage Vout with less variation can be obtained.
