Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve safety of a shaft part by eliminating a gap at a roller shaft end part of a roller conveyor.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft bearing 20 has a shaft hole 22 at a center of a shaft bearing main body 21, and an installation protruding part 26 to be engaged with an engagement groove 11 in a frame 10 is provided in its back surface. Before the shaft bearing main body 21, a concave surface part 28 formed along a lower semi-circular surface close to an end of a roller 12, and a right and a left upper surface parts and side surface parts 31 on both sides of the concave surface part 28 are protruded, and these are integrated with each other by a front surface part 30. For avoiding interferrence with a roller drive belt 15, a cut hole 29 and a cut 33 are formed in the concave surface part 28 and the side surface part 30 respectively.
