To facilitate maintenance, and to ensure high reliability when delivering or transferring a carried article at an installation site, in a roller conveyer device adopting a belt driving method.
In the roller conveyer device 1, a large number of rollers 10 crossing a carrying passage 3 is rotatably journaled between two guide frames 20a, 20b disposed in parallel on right and left sides and extending in a fore-and-aft direction when the fore-and-aft direction is made to be the carrying direction. The roller is made by inserting a shaft 12 which is coaxial with an outer pipe into the hollow cylindrical outer pipe 11. Either one end of right and left sides in the carrying direction of the shaft penetrates one guide frame 20b to project to the outside of the carrying passage, and a pulley 13 is coaxially fitted at a tip end 12a on the projecting side. An endless belt 30a driven to circulate by a driving means 50 is looped over the pulley.
