Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller device of an undercarriage which can prevent a foreign object such as earth and sand from intruding into a floating seal through a gap between a collar and a roller, and ensure the sealability of a floating seal for a long time.SOLUTION: A cylindrical collar 20 having a circular flange part 20a is fitted and fixed to both end parts of a shaft 16. An opening 16d is provided on the inner peripheral side of a flange part 16c of a collar 16. The opening 16d faces an outer peripheral face 20d of the flange part 20a of the collar 20 through a gap 27. A floating seal 26 for sealing a lubricating oil is provided between a seal housing hole 20b provided in the collar 20 and a seal housing hole 16e provided in the roller 16. A corner edge 20g is formed between the outer peripheral face 20d of the flange part 20a of the collar 20 and an axial outer end face 20f of the collar 20. An axial position of the corner edge 20g is matched with an axial position of an innermost peripheral part 16k on the outside in an axial direction of the flange part 16c of the roller 16.
