Title:
ROLLING BEARING UNIT WITH REVOLUTION SPEED DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3700202
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a sensor and a tone wheel from violently colliding with each other at the time of attaching a cover holding the sensor buried in synthetic resin, to an outer ring.
CONSTITUTION: The tip half part 39 of a fitting part 37 in a cover 18b is made to be freely fittable to an outer ring 8 with some play. In time of assembling operations, this tip half part 39 is loosely fitted in the outer ring 8 and then, a base half part 40 is fitted by an interference fit. By regulating the dimensional relations of respective parts, a tip edge of a large diametral part 15a constituting a tone wheel 13a and a tip part of a sensor 20a are prevented from being butted hard with each other.
