PURPOSE: To maintain the horizontal structural surface sufficient for a roof surface, and to reduce the number of members handled in a site working so as to enhance the workability and the safety and to shorten the construction period by fixing wood roof framework panels each of which is manufactured by nailing roof lining plates onto the upper surface of a wood framework, along the pitch of the roof, and by fastening the wood roof framework panels to a wall framework with door stop fixtures.

CONSTITUTION: Roof wood framework panels having been beforehand manufactured by applying roof lining plates on a wood frameworks, are fixed to beams such as main house beams 4, 5 or the like having been fixed to a building wall framework 1 through the intermediary of ceiling joists 2, roof truss and the like. Further, facia boards 33 are attached to the front ends of roof eaves defined by the roof wood framework panels 7. Further, face materials are applied to a part of the ceiling surface defined by the ceiling joists 2 so as to obtain a working floor. With this arrangement in which the roof structure may be efficiently manufactured in a firm, it is possible to greatly shorten the construction period, to enhance the safety and the profitability, and to enhance the strength of the roof surface.
