An upper slit 11 and a lower slit 21 are made in an upper plate 10 and in a lower plate 20, respectively, and an upper slide rod 13 fixed to the lower plate 20 and a lower slide rod 23 fixed to the upper plate 10 are provided to be inserted through the upper slit 11 and through the lower slit 21, respectively. An upper plate left hole 15a and an upper plate right hole 15b through which a rope is insertable are formed in the upper plate 10 and a lower plate left hole 25a and a lower plate right hole 25b through which a rope is insertable are formed in the lower plate 20, and an upper communication hole 28a communicated with the upper plate right hole 15b and the upper plate edge 10a and a lower communication hole 28b communicated with the lower plate left hole 25a and the lower plate edge 20a are formed to make the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 slidable.
