Abstract:
To enhance the wear-resistance of a rotary compressor adapted to be used for refrigerating cycle or the like, by changing the material of a slide member and refrigerator oil.
With the use of a vane 20 coated thereover with ceramic such as chromium nitride(CrN), a roller 21 made of an iron base material having an outer surface implanted with oxide ions, and refrigerator oil containing a phosphorus base extreme-pressure additive, that is, TCP(tricresyl phosphate). The slide surfaces of the vane 20 and the roller 21 are formed with adsorbed films of TCP. Thereby it is possible to enhance the wear-resistance.
