A base 41 extends conductive pins 70 from equally spaced positions in the circumferential direction. A conductive ring 75 has a ring body 76 serving as a contact surface with a conductive brush, and a connection piece 78 extending inward thereof, and is stacked alternately with an insulation disc 80 in the axial direction. Since the connection piece 78 is connected with a corresponding conductive pin 70 by soldering for each stack of the conductive ring 75, electrical connection of the conductive ring 75 and conductive pin 70 can be confirmed easily during work, and conduction failure after assembly is prevented.
