CONSTITUTION: In a rotary end finding tool of automatically reeling machine, a shaft 4 is inserted into a rotator 1 equipped with a pulley 2 at the top of the rotator 1 and blades 3 protrusively at both sides at the lower part, the shaft 4 is fixed to a washer 6 attached to a pedestal 5 so as to rotate the rotator 1, a vertical pipe 9 protrusively equipped with a picking end flying board 10 is vertically movably inserted into the lower part of the shaft hole, a pushing plate 11 is inserted into the upper part of the shaft hole, the pushing plate 11 is fixed to the vertical pipe 9 so as to maintain the picking end flying board 10 and the lower part of the rotator 1 at a fixed distance and reeling is normally carried out in this state. When an obstacle reaches the lower end of the vertical pipe 9, the vertical pipe 9 is raised, a raising bar 16 on the pushing plate 11 is pushed up, the raising bar inclines a supporting lever 15, the other end of the supporting lever 15 operates a power source to stop rotation of reeling frame.
