Abstract:

To reduce an outer diameter of a fluid mechanism in a rotary fluid mechanism.

A rotary fluid mechanism (1) includes: a cylindrical casing (2); a drive mechanism (10) accommodated in the casing (2); and a fluid mechanism (20) including a piston (21) rotated and driven by the drive mechanism (10) and a cylinder (20a) which includes a fixing member (23, 42) fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the casing (2) and in which the piston (21) is accommodated, for compressing or expanding a fluid. The fixing member (23, 42) includes: a cylindrical member (26, 46) formed in a cylindrical shape and fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the casing (2); and an inner member (27, 47) having an outer circumferential edge fitted into the cylindrical member (26, 46) and a recess (27c, 47c) which is recessed inward from the outer circumferential edge and partitions an oil return hole (20b) between the recess and the cylindrical member (26, 46).
