In one side Z2 of a shaft direction from a bracket, the power wiring part 134, the power circuit part 126, and the control circuit part 104 are arranged in order to the one side Z2 of the shaft direction, and the cooler 110 of the power circuit part 126 is thermally connected to one or both of the control circuit part 104 and the power wiring part 134.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
