Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotor coil for wound-rotor requiring Roebel transposition in which damage of coil insulation layer due to permanent deformation at coil end caused by centrifugal force and breakage of coil due to fatigue caused by start/stop of rotor are prevented.
CONSTITUTION: In-slot strand conductors 3a, 5a and solid bars 3b, 5b subjected to Roebel transposition in a slot 2 are jointed integrally for rotor coils 3, 5 contained in the slot 2 formed in a rotor core 1 in the axial direction thus forming a coil end section. The solid bars 3b, 5b are set in same level as the strand conductors 3a, 5a at the Roebel transposition part on the outer diameter side of the rotor.
