Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing time of a rotor core by a method wherein grooves for gaps are provided in the outer circumferential parts of magnet incorporating parts beforehand.
CONSTITUTION: Grooves 6 of which gaps are composed when the outside diameter of a rotor core is machined are provided between the outer circumferential parts 4 of the permanent magnet incorporating parts 2 of rotor core plates 1C and the holding parts 5 of the core plates 1C which hold the outside circular shapes of the rotor core plates 1C beforehand.
