Abstract:
To provide a rotor of an eddy current type deceleration device capable of suppressing upsizing and increasing cooling performance.SOLUTION: A rotor 5 of an eddy current type deceleration device is attached to a rotational shaft 10. The rotor 5 includes an outer peripheral surface 6, a fin 7, and a dimple 8. The outer peripheral surface 6 has a cylindrical shape. The fin 7 includes a surface 9 arranged on a rotation direction side of the rotor 5, provided in the outer peripheral surface 6, and protrudes from the outer peripheral surface 6 to the outside in a radial direction of the rotor 5. The dimple 8 is arranged in the outer peripheral surface 6 and/or the surface 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
