To solve a problem that, upon shaft press-fitting, undulations occur on the outer circumferential plane of a rotor core, and the magnet bond strength and magnet attachment accuracy is reduced, and if a press-fitting region is made small in order to suppress the undulations on the outer circumferential plane of the rotor core, undulation suppressing and acquiring necessary rotational torque of the rotor core will be difficult due to reduced rotational torque of the rotor core.
At a rotor for a rotary electric machine in which a magnet is bonded to the bonding surface of the outer diameter surface of the rotor core formed by rotationally laminating iron plates, concave and convex parts are formed on the inner peripheral surface of a shaft through hole formed in the laminated rotor core by changing bore diameters of the iron plates, the convex parts are placed at both-end openings of the shaft through hole, and also a shaft having a convex part with a bar shape at a press-fitting part is press fitted and attached to the shaft through hole, and two or more concave parts are provided, the number of the convex parts is made the number of the concave parts plus one, and respective diameters of the concave and convex parts and the shaft are set as the shaft body diameter<the core convex diameter<the shaft with the bar part diameter<the core concave diameter.
