Abstract:
To provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine, capable of softening the stress when the stress based on a difference of a rotor core and an end plate linear expansion coefficient in a bridge part is generated.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 of a rotary electric machine, comprises: a rotor core 12 of a magnetic material, in which a magnetic insertion hole 30 to which a permanent magnet 40 forming a magnetic pole is inserted is arranged along a peripheral direction; and end plates 14 and 15 of a non-magnetic body, fixed with the rotor core 12 by a fastening part. The rotor core 12 is arranged in axial symmetry to a magnetic center line, and includes a pair of magnetic insertion holes forming the bridge part so as to be close to the magnetic center line. The fastening part is provided at a cross point of an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 12 and the end plate 14 and the magnetic pole center line. The end plate 14 includes a slit 50 for softening a stress extended in a prescribed length toward an inner peripheral side from the outer peripheral side on a boundary line of the adjacent magnet poles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
