A rush fabric 1 comprises a normally-knitted portion 10 knitted normally by plain and a leno woven part 20 knitted by leno while twisting warp. A loom 30 comprises: a beam for winding a plurality of warp 11 and 12; a plurality of twist warp feeding members each of which is wound by one warp 25; a plurality of normal heddles for vertically moving a plurality of warp 11 and 12 fed by the beam in order for opening a shed; a plurality of twist heddles for vertically moving a plurality of twist warp 25 fed by the twist warp feeding member while swinging each of warp in order for opening a shed.
