Title:
SOUND ABSORBING BODY FOR PURIFYING NOx AND SOUND- ABSORBING AND SOUND-INSULATING STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2994338
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing material, which is lightweight, cost of which is reduced and which has high sound-absorbing characteristics and NOx purification efficiency, and a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating structure utilizing the sound- absorbing material.
SOLUTION: In a sound-absorbing material for purifying NOx, an optical reactive injurious-substance removing coating agent containing the hydrolytic product of a metallic alkoxyd and a reactive semiconductor is atomized onto the surface section of a base material, in which 100 pts.vol. cement past, which is obtained by mixing and agitating 35-50 pts.wt. water to a substance, in which a 0.5-1 pts.wt. inorganic thickener represented by a substance, in which a hormite mineral is water-granulated and changed into powder, 5-20 pts.wt. calcium aluminate fine-grain lightweight aggregate and a 0.1-0.5 pts.wt. cement water-reducing agent represented by a melamine sulfonated condensate are compounded with 100 pts.wt. cement, is mixed uniformly with 300-600 pts.vol. ultra-light weight aggregate having 2-8 mm grain size acquired by pulverizing a foamed synthetic-resin cured substance and placed into forms and cured, in 0.2-0.3 micrometer thickness. The sound-absorbing and sound-insulating structure is constituted by combining the sound-absorbing material with a sound-insulating body made of concrete.
