Title:
SACRIFICIAL ANTICORROSIVE ALMINUM ALLOY FOR HEAT EXCHANGER AND HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE ALUMINUM ALLOY COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3197251
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alloy composite material that an erosion phenomenon is hard to occur even in the case the side of a refrigerant lies in the environment of an alkali soln., and the flow rate of the soln. is high by cladding one side of an aluminum alloy core material with an aluminum alloy contg. each specified ratio of Zn, Fe and Ni as a sacrificial material and cladding the other side with an Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal.
SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sacrificial material has a compsn. composed of, by weight, >4.0 to 15.0% Zn, 0.1 to 3.0% Fe, 0.2 to 3.0% Ni, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The alloy core material preferably has a compsn. contg. 0.05 to 0.8% Fe, 0.05 to 2.0% Mn and 0.05 to 2.0% Ni, moreover contg. one or two kinds among 0.05 to 1.2% Si, 0.003 to 1.2% Cu, 0.03 to 0.5% Mg, 0.03 to 0.3% Cr, 0.03 to 0.3% Zr and 0.03 to 0.3% Ti, and the balance Al. The sacrificial anode material maintains the function of a sacrificial material over a long period and remarkably improves the corrosion resistance thereof.
