PURPOSE: To ensure that a machine is stopped in the event that the machine locked by a locking mechanism is unlocked by mistake by providing main and auxiliary safety switches and a solenoid, etc., the safety switches each having a normally open contact and a normally closed contact.
CONSTITUTION: A main safety switch S1 is provided which, when on, is switched from a normally closed contact b1 to a normally open contact a1 by insertion of a switching actuator, and an auxiliary safety switch which when on is switched from a normally closed contact b2 to a normally open contact a2 as magnetizing action for unlocking a solenoid 23 takes place is provided. The contacts a1 and b2 are connected in series within a main circuit for supplying power to a machine, and the contacts b1 and a2 are connected in a machine drive control circuit in such a way that when both of the contacts are off the circuit is closed. Therefore in the event that the solenoid 33 is magnetized by mistake during machine operation, the power supply main circuit is opened by the contact b2 being off and the drive control circuit is also opened by the contact a2 being on, so that the machine becomes inoperative.
