CONSTITUTION: A title item is provided with two fixed elements 10 and 14, a sampling valve 11 which consists of a movable element 12 which is sandwiched between these fixed elements, a sample-suction means C0, a dilution liquid dispensing means Ci (i=1, 2,...), and a chamber Bi (i=1, 2,...) which receives the dilution liquid and a sample. Then, a measurement item setting means 30, a control means 28 which allows the dispensing means to be operated selectively, and a driving means 26 which allows each dispensing means to be driven according to this control signal are provided.
