Title:
SASH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09184332
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve the prevention of crimes by fixing a lock to be fastened and unfastened at its close position on an openable glass door, and then fitting an impact sensor to sense impacts in the lock.

A fastened and unfastened lock state of a crescent lock 10 is sensed by a fastened and unfastened lock sensor fitted in the casing 44 of a pedestal 16 to subsequently be transmitted to a host system via a controller and RF module 48, then the host system indicates it to a fastened and unfastened lock state indicator. Following this, when the indicator is verified and a set switch of the host system is turned on at the time of going to bed, the sensor 39 and Impact sensor 40 are on alert. After that, if an unlawful intruder tries to break glass around the lock 10 and to make a hole for unfastening the lock 10, then the sensor 40 senses the impacts so that alarms of the host system and subsystem operate. Furthermore, the sensor 40 formed by a piezoelectric film is disposed in parallel with the glass surface so as to sense impacts sensitively and positively. Consequently, the prevention of crimes can be extremely enhanced, and the system can be miniaturized.
