PURPOSE: To spread and promote the satellite broadcasting by a communication satellite by inexpensive and easy installation owing to the small diameter of an antenna by enabling the excellent quality reception due to the use of the antenna of the small diameter.
CONSTITUTION: By a monitor station, the phase difference of the vertical polarized wave to be a frequency fvn' and the horizontal polarized wave to be a frequency fhn' which are radiated from a communication satellite 7 is made an exact 90° or 270°. Preliminarily, fvn'=fhn' is fixed. In this state, by receiving the vertical polarized wave to be the frequency fvn' and the horizontal polarized wave which are radiated from the communication satellite 7 by a ground reception station by using a circular polarized wave reception antenna 12, making the vertical polarized wave of the frequency fvn' and the horizontal polarized wave of the frequency fhn' a common-mode and synthesizing these polarized waves, reception power which is about twice as much as the power at the time of performing the broadcasting by a conventional system can be obtained.
