This sawdust manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a self-traveling wood crusher 100 for crushing wood to be crushed, a rotary screen 200 for classifying the crushed wood crushed by the self-traveling wood crusher 100 into three kinds of large, medium and small crushed wood chips, a secondary crusher 300 for further crushing the wood chips (large) classified as a large kind by the rotary screen 200, a stock yard 400 for once storing the wood chips (medium) crushed by the secondary crusher 300 and wood chips (medium) classified as a medium kind by the rotary screen 200, a wheel loader 500 for feeding the wood chips (medium) stored in the stock yard 400 and a grinder 700 for grinding the wood chips (medium) fed by the wheel loader 500 to obtain sawdust.
