Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer which determines interference between members.SOLUTION: A screen printer includes: a mask holding device 2 which holds a mask 20 from the width direction by a pair of mask reception members with adjustable interval; a squeegee device which applies and extends cream solder on the mask; a conveyance device which conveys a substrate; a lifting device which positions the substrate in the vertical direction with respect to the mask 20; a cleaning device which performs wipe-cleaning in such a state that cleaning paper is brought into contact with the lower surface of the mask by lifting up/down a cleaning head 25 by a lifting member; and a control device which controls driving of each device. The lifting member of the cleaning device is provided with detection means which detects the output state. The control device determines interference between the cleaning head 25 and the mask reception member on the basis of the detection signal of the detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
