Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a screw hole by continuously executing burring and tapping in one process.
SOLUTION: A movable body 12 with a frame 18 is vertically movably inserted to a guide hole 4 provided to an upper support part 3 of a base 2 to which a die receiving part 9 for mounting a die 10 attachably and detachably. A resilient spring 7 is elastically repelled between the upper support part and the movable body. An effector 22 is mounted to an insertion hole 20. A circular cam 52 to be engaged with the upper face of the frame 18 is axially installed to a driving shaft 51. A pressing piece 55 is protrusively provided to the peripheral edge part of the circular cam adjacently to the rear side in the rotation direction of a flat cam part 53 provided to the circular cam. A pressing rotary shaft 24 is composed by circumferentially fixing a rotary cylinder 32, which is interlocked with a drive source, and the movable body 12 and by executing their insertion. The upper end of the pressing rotary shaft 24 is engaged with the effector. A screw hole processing tool 60 is mounted attachably/detachably to/from the lower end of the pressing rotating shaft. Accordingly, the normal/reverse rotation and the stop of the pressing rotary shaft can be controlled.
