To provide seal structure of a heat sink for an electric equipment unit, the structure excellent in corrosion resistance and heat resistance and capable of ensuring high sealability.
A heat sink 62 includes: a water jacket 10 and a base frame 61 mutually joined together for separately forming a cooling region 20, a first and a second electric conduction regions 38 and 39; and an integrally formed metallic gasket 32 arranged between the water jacket 10 and the base frame 61 so as to surround the contour of each of the cooling region 20, the first and the second electric conduction regions 38 and 39 independently. The metallic gasket 32 includes a first bent part 33a surrounding the cooling region 20, a second bent part 35a surrounding the second electric conduction region 39, a third bent part 33b formed by bending the end part of the outer peripheral side of the first bent part 33a, a fourth bent part 35b formed by bending the end part of the outer peripheral side of the second bent part 35a, and a connecting part 37 connecting the third bent part 33b and the fourth bent part 35b with each other. A groove 83 for discharging leaked water is formed on the surface of the water jacket 10 forming a second seal region 85.
