To solve a problem that gas leak is likely to occur in the sliding part between a piston and the vane tip to lead to a drop of the compressor efficiency, although reliability is improved in a conventional rotary compressor of swinging piston type, owing to the easy holding of the oil at the tip of each vane.
A discharge port 38 is formed in a position out of communication with a swinging part 300 which is put in swing connection swingably by the insertion part 33a as the tip of each vane 33 and the fitting part 32a of the piston 32, whereby it is possible to suppress the gas leaking from a compression chamber at high pressure to a suction chamber at low pressure via a gap in the swinging part 300, and the sealed compressor having a high reliability and high efficiency is provided.
