To provide a seat cover for a device of getting a child on a bicycle that hardly comes away from a seat etc. and is usable for a long time, and also minimizes the reduction in safety.

The seat cover 20 covers the seat located on the device of getting a child on the bicycle. The seat has a covered part 27 that is shaped by being folded back from a surface side to a back side and covers part of an outer periphery on a side of the seat while the part is wrapped from both sides of the surface and back sides. As a result, the covered part 27 does not jump out of a surface portion of the seat, therefore preventing hands and feet of a child from twining as in the case of the covered part being fixed with a string, and ensuring good safety.
