To provide a security box inhibited from being fraudulently unlocked by a copied key.

Fraudulent unlocking by a conveying person during conveyance is inhibited by loading important documents and valuables into a box capable of being unlocked only once by inputting a preset personal identification number and locking the box. The security box has an information system which issues an alarm when the conveying person tries to fraudulently unlock the box, and which accompanies positional information on GPS data through mobile radio communications equipment when necessary. The security box enables the monitoring and management of a location of the key, and enables an unlocking operation only in an objective location.
