To provide a seeder produced at a low cost and hardly causing rotation defect and deformation of a rotor.
This seeder is constituted so that a seed S may be absorbed by a nozzle 12 by continuously rotating the rotor 10 by centering a stator 20 and allowing a negative pressure fed from the stator 20 to act on the nozzle 12 installed in the rotor 10, and the absorbed seed S may be released when the rotor 10 is rotated at a prescribed distance by a positive pressure from the stator 20 acting on the nozzle. The seeder has a negative pressure space 15 having a sufficient space in which the inside periphery surface of the rotor 10 and the outer periphery surface of the stator 20 do not contact with each other so as not to be ground, between the inner periphery surface of the rotor 10 and the outer periphery surface of the stator 20, and a slider 25 installed in a positive pressure hole part 21, and elastically attached to the inside periphery surface of the rotor at the front end part of the slider 25 to enable the positive pressure fed from the stator 20 to be fed to the nozzle 12.
