Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a self-traveling type working vehicle to run while engaging in work at a place with soft base by controlling the driving of the running gear through the operation of an expansion mechanism installed in front of the body of the vehicle while connecting the self-traveling type vehicle with a towing car by means of a connection beam. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a self-traveling type carrier B is linked with a mobile harvester A, when the harvester A advances, a connecting beam 6 also advances with an expansion mechanism 7 stretching, with the result that the carrier B moves forward, following the harvester A. And when the harvester A is stopped, the expansion mechanism 7 shrinks as a result of the move of the carrier B, which is eventually stopped. When the harvester A is moved backward, the expansion mechanism 7 changes over so that the carrier B retreats by itself, and if the harvester A is stopped, the expansion mechanism 7 comes to the neutral state and position, owing to the move of the retreating carrier B, causing the stoppage of the carrier B. When the harvester A turns on one side by breaking off a side clutch, the work arm turns either right or left to the carrier B, breaking off the clutch on the side of turning and thereby completing the rotation.
