A logic module 100 is configured as a two-input/one-output multiplexer, which turns either transfer gate of a first transfer gate 104 or a second transfer gate 105 in response to a selection signal inputted from a terminal T5 and decides a signal to be outputted from a terminal T6. A terminal T7 is connected to an output of an inverter 103 for controlling the selection of the first and the second transfer gates 104 and 105, and is utilized as an output terminal for inverting the signal inputted from the terminal T5 and outputting by design.
