Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DCDC converter which achieves optimal power efficiency independent from power consumption of a load circuit; and provide a control circuit having a large variable width of a sampling frequency.SOLUTION: A control circuit includes a triangular wave generating circuit having a current generation circuit which has a plurality of stages of current mirrors connected in parallel and which is arranged in such a manner that a total current of output currents from the plurality of stages of current mirrors becomes an output current of the current generation circuit. Further, to each current mirror, a switching element for controlling ON/OFF of a current depending on a magnitude of load current of a DCDC converter is connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
