Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the passing frequency characteristic of a filter circuit integrated on a semiconductor substrate to a design value with a reference signal.
CONSTITUTION: A reference signal fsc outputted from a synchronization oscillator 11 and a delayed reference signal from a dummy delay circuit 13 are inputted to a phase comparator 12, a phase difference signal controls the delay circuit 13 to obtain a control signal is whose delay is 1/4 fsc. The control signal is respectively fed to other filter circuits 16A, 16B, 16C integrated on a same substrate to adjust automatically the passing frequency characteristic (delay) of the filter circuits.
