PURPOSE: To prevent the reduction of total yields, by means of utilizing the functional unit-circuit section in which no disturbances exist as the functional unit-circuit semiconductor integarated circuit by dividing a semiconductor integrated circuit in which disturbances exist into smaller functional unit circuits, in the semiconductor circuit in which functional circuit is formed by way of combining plural numbers of functional unit circuits.
