Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a highly reliable sensing fiber laying structure with little generation of wrong information, and a cut slope breaking detecting device utilizing this laying structure.
CONSTITUTION: This sensing fiber laying structure is formed of a sediment stopping wall 3 planted on a cut slop constructed along a traffic road, an optical fiber laying groove 6 erected along the upper side part of the sediment stopping wall, a plurality of projections 8 provided every prescribed interval in the extending direction of the optical fiber laying groove, and a sensing optical fiber laid so as to be wound on the projection every setting position of the projection and housed in the optical fiber laying groove with a gentle looseness being preliminarily given thereto. The cut slop breaking detecting device utilizes this laying structure.
