Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing support program, a method and an apparatus capable of presenting to a user a system configuration plan suitable for the user's utilization conditions of a predetermined system on a cloud service.SOLUTION: A service providing support apparatus 30 receives a piece of information which represents performance of an on-premise system 20 including the load conditions measured by the on-premise system 20, and according to the information which includes the load conditions of the on-premise system 20, the service providing support apparatus 30 proposes a system configuration plan selected from plural system configuration plans using a cloud service for improving a deficiency/excess state in the performance of the on-premise system 20 by replacing a predetermined system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
