Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control stably by inserting a filter having a prescribed frequency characteristic into a loop of a control system so as to improve the gain margin of a controlled system including a mechanical resonance. CONSTITUTION:A filter 10 is inserted between an adder circuit 1 and a drive amplifier circuit 2 in a loop of a control system 8. The filter 10 has a frequency characteristic to rotate the phase by a prescribed angle at a frequency band between the resonance frequency of mechanical elements 3, 4 and a servo frequency band. The frequency at which the phase crosses zero degree is shifted from the vicinity of the resonance frequency to a lower frequency by inserting the filter 10. Thus, the gain margin is increased, resulting that the controlled system is controlled stably.
