Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system capable of performing a settlement in which user convenience is improved by utilizing a portable terminal, and the portable terminal.SOLUTION: In a settlement system 100, an IC tag 8 stores a tag ID that is non- overlapped and specific identification information, and a portable terminal 1 carried by a user comprises an inquiry transmission part for transmitting to a settlement support server 4 the tag ID obtained by a reader part for reading the IC tag 8 added to an article that is displayed in a shop S. The settlement support server 4 comprises: an inquiry reception part for receiving the tag ID; and a price transmission part for extracting a price corresponding to the tag ID received by the inquiry reception part based on an article management DB storing tag IDs and a price DB storing prices of articles and transmitting the price together with the tag ID. The portable terminal 1 comprises a settlement screen output part for outputting a settlement request screen including the price received from the settlement support server 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
