Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a sewing substrate such as thick leather from being torn by a drift of needle locations at the time of stop sewing.
CONSTITUTION: When a stop sewing signal is given, a CPU 42 then performs sewing by three steps at the sewing speed of 800rpm (steps S2, S3), it reverses the fabric feed direction and performs sewing by three steps at the sewing speed of 800rpm (step S4), and it again reverses the fabric feed direction and performs sewing by three steps at the sewing speed of 800rpm (step S5) to complete stop sewing. Needle locations coincide, and a sewing substrate such as thick leather is not torn.
