Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit transportation of a sheet to a post-process device that has become in capable of continuation of post-process operation.SOLUTION: A CPU circuit part 390 of a transportation unit 300, when a level of an alarm signal 613 becomes High, it is determined that a bookbinding device 500 has become in capable of continuation of bookbinding operation to set FLAG=1, and if FLAG=1 after transportation of a final sheet in a copy, setting is made to be CNT←CNT+1. The CPU circuit part 390, when CNT>TH, a flapper 320 is switched to a second position, and for sheets thereafter, a transportation destination is set to an escape path 312 so that they are escaped to an escape tray 330.
