PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of a frame construction body and transportation efficiency in a storage shelf served with a stacker crane by jointing the predetermined number or more of parallel pillar members with a single connection material having an article receiving member, and providing an engagement means for engagement with the single connection material at a foundation member for fixing the pillar members.

CONSTITUTION: A foundation construction body 11 is constituted of a clustered member 21 having a jack and driven into a floor, an anchor bolt fitting member 24 welded to a support seat 23 leveled with an adjustment bolt 22, and a connection frame 25. Furthermore, the jointing hole 27 of the anchor bolt fitting member 24 is coupled to the jointing hole 28 of the connection frame 25 for assembly. Then, a plurality of pillar frames 41 are erected side by side, fixed to the anchor bolt 26 of the foundation construction body 11, and the pillar members 42 of each pillar frame 41 are jointed with a connection member 43, thereby constituting a frame construction body 12. In addition, each connection member 43 is fitted with an article receiving member 13.
