To provide a shelf facility having a movable shelf body capable of sufficiently responding to an offset load when a movable shelf body is telescopically moved.
The movable shelf body 40 movable back and forth is formed telescopically in the longitudinal direction, and the tip is formed as a shelf body part 51 for supporting a stored object. The lower part of the shelf frame 1 is provided with a falling preventing body 60 movable back and forth. An interlocking means 70 for moving the falling preventing body 60 back and forth in cooperation with the movement of the movable shelf body 40 is provided. When a projecting length of the falling preventing body 60 is set sufficient, the offset load when the movable shelf body 40 is projected can be sufficiently responded, and a stable state of preventing the falling can be kept always regardless of a placed load. Since the falling preventing body 60 is moved back and forth, a floor surface can effectively be used. The projected shelf body part 51 can be positioned sufficiently in front of the shelf frame 1, and loading and unloading of the stored object on the shelf body part 51 can be performed easily and rapidly.
